Order Processing Executive

Your tasks

1. End to end order processing function from creating of sales order to invoicing customer.
   1. Processing Orders
   2. Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy.
   3. Verifying order details before shipment to prevent delays and customer complaints.
   4. Administering payments related to orders.
2. Communication
   1. Interacting with internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve order issues.
   2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order processing.
3. Quality Assurance
   1. Ensuring the quality and quantity of items are correct and advising for payment.
4. Invoicing and Billing
   1. Preparing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
5. Logistics Coordination
   1. Liaison with suppliers and customers for shipping handling and shipping documentations.
6. Computer Competencies
   1. Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and tracking.
7. Assist in sourcing and price comparison.
8. Involve in ISO Internal and External Audit.

Your Qualifications

1. Diploma is the minimum requirement. Candidate with a bachelor’s degree or relevant education is preferred.
2. At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience.
3. Mature, team player, ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
4. Computer savvy with good knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
6. Proficient in written and spoken English.
