Order Management Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order management process from order entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
• Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately, resolving any issues related to pricing, shipment, or product availability.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer expectations and order fulfillment timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain order management procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Train team members on order management software and tools, ensuring familiarity and competency.
• Generate and analyze reports related to order volume, fulfillment rates, and team performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support throughout the order lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any potential delays.
• Supervise and mentor a team of order management members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management.
• Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
• Candidates with SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Able to lead and motivate a team of individuals, delegating tasks effectively, providing performance feedback, and resolving team conflicts.
