Order Management Specialist (Industrial Machinery & Commodity)

Manage the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Coordinate with the supplier to ensure compliance with specification and timely delivery.

Interact with the Logistic Manager to manage shipment and related documentation.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to align on order and monitor performance.

Coordinate with the Order Customer Care Manager to track order status and resolve any issues.

Interface with the Group Order Management to ensure consistency and alignment of operational practices across the group.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and promptly report any delay or issue with order.

Oversee & manage the commercial and logistics documentation (invoice, packing list, customs documents, certificates of conformity).

Optimize order management process to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

Analyse KPIs and reports to monitor the order-to-delivery process and implement improvements.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles within a Trading Company or in an international supply chain environment.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of order management and supply chain processes in an international context. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor LN, etc.) and order management tools. Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs regulations.

Soft Skills: Ability to coordinate with different departments and international teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong results orientation with effective time and resource management skills.

Languages: Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Other: The role does not require travel.
