Oracle Siebel Administrator

Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc):
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant Work Experience:
• 7-8 years of working experience in Siebel application & server administration, Siebel repository migration & IT infrastructure support preferably in UNIX and/or LINUX server operating system platform.
• Experienced in release management, coordination for system downtime and execution of code deployment.
• Experienced in issue handling.
• Experienced in code baseline and migration.

Competencies / Skills (Essential to succeed in this job):
• Strong technical, analytical capability, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work among teams and good time management.
• Highly technical and result-oriented and can work independently.
• Prepare release plan, acquire change approval, and attend change community meeting.
• Possesses strong knowledge in Siebel Web Servers, Siebel Gateway Server, Siebel Application Servers, Oracle Database Server administration.
• Possess strong knowledge in Siebel Application Administration such as Siebel Workflow Administration, Data Administration, Data Validation Rules Administration, etc.
• Have strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure technical skills, able to perform UNIX/LINUX OS and application-level maintenance, operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, work with multiple teams concurrently.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work/projects in the team.
• Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
• Fast learner, adaptable, self-motivated and high level of initiative.
