Job Description

1. Clinical & Diagnostic Support
   Perform selective eye tests such as (but not limited to) visual acuity, tonometry (eye pressure test), and other tests deemed suitable by Manager/Doctor.
   Assist in ophthalmic imaging (e.g. OCT, fundus photography, corneal topography, etc.).
   Administer eye drops and dilation drops under supervision.
2. Surgical & Procedure Assistance
   Assist doctor during minor procedures or eye surgeries.
   Assist in preparation of Operating Theatre for surgery.
3. Patient Care
   Assist in managing patient flow.
   Assist in housekeeping & maintenance of Operating Theatre.
   Compliance and maintenance of sterility and safety standards/requirements.
   Control and maintenance of machines, instruments.
4. Administration
   Surgery planning and scheduling.
   Inventory management - data-entry / monitoring / reporting.
   Liaise with suppliers/vendors.
   Documentation & recording.

Qualifications

- Education Background: Degree in Health Science (e.g. Bio Medical Science, Physiotherapy, Radiologist, etc.).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ophthalmic, hospital or lab / Fresh grad is welcome to apply.

Additional Information

- Fresh grad can provide up to 3.5k only.
- EPF, SOCSO.
- Staff incentive (monthly target hit – will be paid quarterly).
- Bonus will pay in March and June. 0 - 2.5 months bonus.
