Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the admin and warehousing team, including order processing, inventory management and shipping/receiving activities.
• Supervise and lead a team of admin and warehouse personnel, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide training and guidance, ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and minimize errors.
• Identify and resolve operational problems. This may involve troubleshooting, making quick decisions to address immediate issues, and developing long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Oversee the fulfillment process to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee budgeting for the department, including monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that operations remain within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall operations.
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes and efficiencies. This may involve implementing new technologies, optimizing workflows, or reorganizing teams.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
