- Collaborate with the software development team to streamline project management workflows.
- Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and client deliverables.
- Ensure operational compliance and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
*Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships, especially in the palm oil and agriculture technology sectors.
- Promote the company’s software solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential markets.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
*Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Drive a results-oriented culture and foster teamwork across departments.
*Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, project status, and operational performance.
- Analyze business trends and financial performance to inform decision-making.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years in operations management and business development, preferably within a software development house or technology company.
- *Industry Knowledge:* Experience in the palm oil industry or agritech sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software or other planning software.
