To lead and coach the CS Team by ensuring they have adequate experience to handle all types of enquiries from the floor.
To address all patients/relatives concerns if issues are not resolved by CS Departments.
To oversee duty rosters for all departments, ensuring no unnecessary OT claims.
To ensure clear communication is established between all departments after SMT meetings.
To execute processes interdepartmentally after SMT discussions via email, WhatsApp, memo, or monthly meetings.
To alert the ED/HOO/DON if BOR is full to facilitate bed arrangement.
To oversee the Facilities Department to comply with the work schedule, such as the timely annual renewal of certificates and project timelines.
To ensure operational costs for general maintenance and biomedical equipment are within the budget set.
To ensure all outsource services (Lab/Security/Housekeeping/Cafe) comply with the signed contracts.
To work hand in hand with the Senior Management team to achieve targets set by the Council Members of PHM.
To establish and formulate SOPs to ensure alignment with the vision and mission of the Organization.
To oversee the Security & Safety Department to ensure the Hospital complies with regulatory bodies (JKKP/BOMBA).
Ensure timely completion of projects, and provide updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Stay informed on healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required in medical/life sciences/healthcare.
5+ years of experience in healthcare/life science/pharmaceutical operations, program or product management, project management, or roles with equivalent scope.
Excellence in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
Strong communication skills with an ability to analyze and research healthcare-related data/topics to help create innovative solutions to industry problems.
Knowledge in medical insurance or healthcare and their latest developments would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing operational strategies.
Ability/Experience in managing projects or engagements in a client-facing role, with evidence of strong project management skills and a track record of high performance.
