Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  2. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  3. Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  4. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  5. Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  6. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  7. Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
  8. Recommends equity investments.
  9. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  10. Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  11. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  12. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  13. Managing and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  14. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices.
  15. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  16. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  17. Leading and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.
  18. Managing budgets, forecasts, and operational resources effectively.
  19. Identifying risks and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  2. Mandarin proficiency.
  3. Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.
  7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  9. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
