Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the allocation of tanks and ensure efficient utilization of inventory.
• Create jobs in the internal system and track task completion.
• Coordinate with depots to monitor tank stock and implement necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with the Maintenance and Repair team to review and update the AV (Availability) status.
• Calculate and maintain accurate records of detention charges.
• Supervise gate movements to ensure seamless import and export operations.
• Manage import operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Documentation:

• Collaborate with customers to prepare and verify Shipping Instructions (SI) and Draft Bill of Lading (BL).
• Coordinate with shipping lines for the issuance of Master Bill of Lading (BL).
• Accurately issue House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Container Release Order (CRO).
• Prepare and send invoices to customers, including applicable detention charges.
• Organize and manage import documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
