Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage operation functional in an effective and economical manner.
• Direct and assist Area Manager and Franchisee on the immediate and long term operation of all outlets forward the end result of optimum sales and profitability.
• Ensure continuous QSCV being practiced in the Marrybrown outlets.
• Set-up standard operating procedures and manual for Marrybrown outlets and ensure its implementation.
• Develop and manage annual operation budgets.
• Create and implement cost effective system to streamline operations.
• Human resources development, skill in motivations and team building.
• Analyse consumer trends and implement local promos to increase sales.
• Planning and assisting in introduction of new product and equipment.
• Supervision, training and appraisal of Area Managers.
• Implementing company restaurant operation policies, procedure and programmes.
• Reviewing Area Manager’s visitations, reports and schedule.
• Monthly business review with Area Managers on achieving budget for sales, gross profit, labour cost, management controllable profit and flow thru profits.
• Implementing marketing programs and organizing market research to offer local store marketing to counter competitor influences.
• Reviewing and implementing training programmes to achieve customer sensitivity measurements.
• Help in site selection to grow the business.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Business related Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing multiple restaurants and managing Franchisee Business will be an added advantage.
• Good business sense.
• Good people management, communication skills and leads by example.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Possess own transport and able to travel outstation across Malaysia.
