Oversee Warehouse & Logistic operations: This includes, Seller center performance, Attribute management, Online shipment, stock analysis and payment reconcile checking.
Driver Competitors intel: Providing insight on the updated driver policy from competitors for internal benchmarking and better decision making.
Order Monitoring: Assist on hourly order monitoring for all states.
Daily Merchant issues: Escalate merchant related issues to the merchant team that was reported or highlighted in social media, close group, or direct report from drivers.
Analysis task/ Other Project: Support some internal analysis and projects within the ground team and other departments when required, working closely with ops excellence on the ground testing of new enhancements.
Supporting the front counter and liaising with walk-in drivers if there are any inquiries or complaints.

Requirements
At least 1 year of working experience in any related operations management background.
Able to work as an individual and also with the team.
Independent and flexible to take on new tasks.
Analytical skill would be an added advantage.
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze and translate trends and presentations.
Having exposure to E-commerce, and a logistics background is a plus point.
Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
