Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Shopee’s daily operational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance logistics performance, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, processes, and customer service to identify areas for improvement.
3. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Logistics, Customer Service) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
4. Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
6. Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders such as vendors, couriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
7. Support the automation and digitalization of operational workflows to improve productivity.
8. Handle and troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with availability to start work full-time in 2025.
2. 0-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams.
6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable to changes.
