What You'll Be Doing:

1. Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with our network of part-time and full-time promoters. Your ability to build and maintain these relationships will be key to our success.
2. Talent Sourcing: Dive into our database, tap into advertising channels, and use referrals to find the best promoters.
3. Job Advertising: Craft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals to attract top talent.
4. Interviews: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to identify the perfect fit for our clients.
5. Briefing and Training: Lead job briefings and training sessions to ensure promoters are well-prepared.
6. Ad-Hoc Projects: Support recruitment projects and event setups as needed.
7. Client Servicing: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both promoters and clients effectively.
2. Proactive Nature: Someone who takes initiative and can work independently in a high-energy environment.

4. Willing to Travel: Ready to travel within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor to meet promoters and clients.
5. Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
6. Experience: Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus, but a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value most.
