Operations Executive, Project Management

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and project manage initiatives aimed at optimizing operational cost efficiencies and streamlining operational processes.
2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure the successful execution of operational optimization projects.
3. Serve as the key operation PIC for strategizing and establishing required operational structures to support growth initiatives.
4. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with cross-functional teams including finance, brand, product, and sourcing to ensure all required initiatives are rolled out with minimal operational issues.
5. Monitor and analyze operational metrics, spanning across the entire supply chain stages.
6. Evaluate vendor performance regularly, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to support operational goals.
7. Identify potential risks and challenges related to operational activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, vendor contracts, performance metrics, and operational processes.

Qualifications:

1. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a very good academic record from a top university.
2. You have 1-5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced operations/consulting/tech/FMCG or e-commerce.
3. You have demonstrated high levels of organization and effectiveness in managing complex cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of tasks in the past.
4. You are a creative problem solver who thinks critically, with strong business sense and analytical skills.
5. You possess great communication and interpersonal skills, and are able to work effectively across cultures and borders (Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must).
6. Thrive in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment and want to help turn Una Brands into the next PE-backed unicorn.
