Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor’s degree holder in any related field.
  2. Good command in English.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  4. Issue policies/endorsements for Fire, HHO, Marine, Personal Accident, Personal Protector, PL, CAR, WC classes.
  5. Check statements for Non-Motor classes.
  6. Print ad-hoc reports for BNM.
  7. Print cover notes month-end listing.
  8. Process claims for Motor and Non-Motor classes but excluding FWCS class.
  9. Issue Official Receipt.
  10. Updating Policies.
  11. Screening / update maintenance on UBO.
  12. Issuance / update of refund Memo.
  13. Monitor Motor & PA CBC.
  14. Check daily report on policy short paid / over paid.
  15. Check daily reconciliation.
  16. Renewal review.
  17. Monthly branch reporting to HQ.
  18. Manage petty cash.
  19. Stationery request.
