• Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers and clients, conduct product briefings and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build strong customer relationships, enhance their understanding of factoring services, and manage notification and verification processes.
• Handle daily operational and administrative tasks end-to-end, including reconciliation and reporting on accounts.
• Coordinate with bankers to ensure the timely issuance of Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Monitor and manage financial receivables to ensure prompt collection and minimize outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and operational efficiency.
• Provide operational support at both local and regional levels in Malaysia.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements to optimize operational effectiveness.
• Undertake assignments and projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of commercial financing, trade finance, factoring, and risk management.
• Mature, ability to work independently, and excellent organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau for operational tasks will be an advantage.
• Valid Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
