Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1. To optimize and maintain the cleaning service quality up to the Mall's standard.
2. To enforce the cleaning contractors according to the cleaning contract.
3. To check and verify the daily attendance of cleaners.
4. To conduct weekly audits to improve the standard of cleaning.
5. To ensure bi-weekly pest control servicing is done according to the service contract.
6. To optimize and maintain the kiddie ride machine quality up to the Mall's standard.
7. To ensure monthly servicing is done according to the service contract and notify the supplier immediately if any of the equipment is not functioning.
8. To optimize and maintain the refuse chamber service quality up to the Mall's standard.
9. To ensure periodic servicing is carried out according to the contract and notify the supplier immediately if any of the compactors is not functioning.
10. Any other housekeeping and quality control service engaged by the company in the future.

Candidate must be able to work on shift, weekend, and Public Holiday.
