Operations Executive

We’re looking for Operations Executive to join our team! The Operations Executive is responsible for assisting the Regional Head with directing, developing, managing and motivating colleagues involved in back-office operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, oversee, and manage the overall operations of the Company such as overseeing staff and coordinating with other departments.
2. Report to and assist Regional Head in daily tasks and duties.
3. Set goals for staff and monitor their progress.
4. Analyse and maintain accurate operational data and reports.
5. Monitor adherence to policies and ensure compliance.
6. Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects, if any.
7. Maintain an up-to-date register of all agencies’ employee records and monitor compliance by agencies on submission of such records.
8. Assist in determining and reviewing loss incurred (robbery/burglary) at agencies concerned and submit reports timely.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min Diploma / Degree in any field.
2. Able to work under minimum supervision & independently.
3. Willing to work in a challenging environment.
4. Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
5. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
6. Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking agents).
7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
