Operations Director - Penang

Your new role

• P&L responsibility for notable business units and specialist engineers

• Program management for total revenue of more than USD XX mill per year

• Lead the FAI on time prior to mass production

• Lead, achieve and formulate a sustainable plan to have 100% OTD to customers

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in machining and/or special process manufacturing for a good period of time to be able to read the business quickly and provide input from a techno-commercial standpoint

• Strong people management, influence and change management capabilities or a prior track record as previously mentioned

• Tenacity to stick through decisions made, follow through and enable positive change in the organisation
