Oversee the daily operations of veterinary hospitals and clinics, ensuring all departments work in coordination, optimizing resource allocation, and improving operational efficiency and service quality;
Develop operational strategies for the hospital or clinic, set annual objectives, and ensure the achievement of financial, customer satisfaction, and service quality targets;
Lead and manage the core team of the hospital, responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff. Create a collaborative and supportive work environment to boost team morale and staff performance;
Ensure the financial health of the hospital, develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure the efficient use of resources to improve profitability;
Ensure the provision of medical services that meet professional standards, regularly review treatment processes, diagnostic protocols, and treatment plans to ensure the best care for patients;
Monitor and optimize customer service, ensuring the needs of patients and pet owners are met. Address customer complaints and continuously improve service quality;
Ensure that the hospital operates in compliance with industry regulations and standards, handle risk management issues, and prevent potential legal and medical risks;
Oversee the procurement and inventory management of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, etc., ensuring adequate resources are available and minimizing waste;
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hospital to enhance brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing customers;
In the event of emergencies (such as sudden outbreaks, equipment failures, etc.), respond quickly and lead the team to resolve issues, ensuring the continuous operation of the hospital.
Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team across various departments.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and profitability analysis.

At least 5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or a related field.
Strong financial management experience and knowledge of veterinary industry processes.
