Job Description

Scope of Role

This role will report to the Area Manager as Key Account Manager. Your main responsibility will be to address client's sourcing needs using JobStreet.com solutions, while also maintaining long-term business partnerships with corporate accounts.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations, who is versatile and pays attention to details, to work collaboratively with country teams in driving organizational efficiency, enhancing productivity, and optimizing value. This regional position focuses on improving operations through effective governance, policies, and tools, while providing valuable insights to foster business success. The role requires a combination of strong leadership, technical expertise, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Support and Data Management
    • Manage bulk upload requests with precision and timeliness to meet operational demands.
    • Partner with country teams to resolve data-related challenges.
    • Coordinate data quality and consistency within Salesforce.
    • Conduct training sessions for country teams as needed.
  2. Governance and Policy Execution
    • Develop and uphold processes, governance frameworks, and policies to optimize operations.
    • Supervise compliance and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
    • Regularly review and refine processes to align with evolving business needs.
    • Update and improve policies to reflect interpersonal priorities.
    • Provide support to country teams for smooth implementation of operational workflows.
  3. Operational Improvements and Efficiency
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts to build and refine Salesforce reports that offer actionable insights.
    • Analyze sales team performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Simplify sales processes to reduce inefficiencies and delays.
    • Introduce tools and automation for routine tasks.
    • Gather and integrate feedback to improve strategies and outcomes.
    • Equip sales teams with vital resources, tools, and content to achieve efficient performance.
    • Lead and contribute to projects aimed at streamlining operations and delivering impactful results across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • Sophisticated proficiency in Salesforce and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
