Job description

This position is to perform the Good received and issuing process in WMS and general duties:

  1. Performing Good Receive within 24 hours
  2. Send to customer the POD on time
  3. Attend to customer order via mail/system
  4. Printing of pick list and handover to picker
  5. Confirm the order pick are correctly done
  6. Generate Delivery Order
  7. Perform the Invoice for custom purpose
  8. Printing of cycle count list
  9. Perform all documents filling accordingly
  10. Practice 5S concept and housekeeping are done promptly
  11. Ensure ISO standards and procedures are adhered at all time
  12. Understand company culture and goals and proactively contribute to job efficiency and productivity

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in warehouse/logistics or the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication.
  • Must possess own transport.
