MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist in the development and implementation of the Operational Risk Management Policy and other risk management related policies and procedures such as ERM Policy and Plan, Outsourcing Policy and Business Continuity Management Policy.
- To investigate, monitor and report the operational risk incidents in accordance to regulatory and internal requirements.
- To manage the risk management programs to ensure a uniform process for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks and controls are in compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
- To manage the risk management system i.e. Q-Radar Corporate Risk Scorecard and periodically conduct refresher trainings to the users.
- To perform validation of Departmental Risk Register for all departments.
- To assist in the preparation and presentation of ERM Dashboard and other operational risk reports, monthly updates of operational risk incidents and key risk indicators (KRIs) where applicable to the Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- To assist review all the relevant papers / documents with regard to new outsourcing and prepare and present list of all outsourced activities to the Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- To manage the business continuity management programs for the Company in accordance to the regulatory requirements.
- To perform other risk management related tasks as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Actuarial, Finance, Risk Management.
- 3-5 years in operational risk management.
- Insurance industry operational risk experience.
- Analytical thinking, collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and problem solving.
