Your new role

• You'll be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the Operational Risk Management Policy and other risk management-related policies and procedures, such as ERM Policy and Plan, Outsourcing Policy and Business Continuity Management Policy.
• You'll be responsible for preparing detailed operational risk reports, including Loss Event Data (LED) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and developing ERM dashboards for senior management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory bodies such as BNM.
• You'll also need to lead the risk management initiatives, overseeing the use of risk management systems and conducting user training to elevate organisational risk awareness and capability.
• You'll also be responsible for providing risk advisory services to the business and other internal stakeholders, which includes conducting risk management-related training.

What you'll need to succeed

• You'll need a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience of handling incident management and investigations to carry out checks and submissions to the bank.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
• A background in audit, actuarial, investment, risk management, insurance would be preferred.
