Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational audits and cash count across operation branches within the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of operational processes, procedures, and controls to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
- Identify, examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control.
- Develop audit plans and methodologies, including risk assessment and audit scope definition.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to operational auditing.
- Conduct ad hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma, preferably with accounting/audit related degree or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
