Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational audits and cash count across operation branches within the organization.
• Assess the effectiveness of operational processes, procedures, and controls to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
• Identify, examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control.
• Develop audit plans and methodologies, including risk assessment and audit scope definition.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Collaborate with department heads and process owners to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to operational auditing.
• Conduct ad hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma, preferably with accounting/audit related degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
