Operation Quality Driver (OQD)

Position Summary:

Leadership to drive manufacturing quality and a candidate who is looking for career growth opportunities. Result-oriented team player who can collaborate well to drive quality improvement towards ATKL Total Quality goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in manufacturing continuous improvement plan activities to achieve ZERO defect status. Key agent to drive quality habit and quality culture.
2. Perform audits to drive zero non-conformance and strong manufacturing quality practices.
3. Support Customer audit and GMA to ensure line readiness prior to the audit.
4. Review department FMEA and Control Plan.
5. CQC actions effectiveness, etc.
6. Lead weekly department Quality Improvement Team (QIT) meetings.
7. Responsible for Department Quality indices. Govern department quality issues and drive improvement opportunities.
8. Drive and manage Non-Conforming material using Material Review Board process.
9. Promote continual quality improvement through Stop & Fix. Drive systemic root cause fix and preventive actions.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in any engineering field.
2. Demonstrated strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
4. Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
5. Good communication skills and reporting skills both in verbal and written.
