Key Responsibilities:

• Assess front desk team performance in service, communication, sales, and customer experience through 360-degree feedback.
• Oversee logistics and facilities to ensure a seamless, 5-star experience.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, sales, and conversions, mentoring team members to achieve goals.
• Foster a positive work environment, address challenges, and promote employee satisfaction.
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining high service standards.
• Communicate consistently with management and ensure Enigma system compliance.
• Track team performance and development, and report on improvement plans.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in related field or proven experiences in sales.
• Experiences in a managerial role is a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekends.
• Willing to relocate to Singapore.
