Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):

  1. Responsible for the well-being of the office, including operations, businesses, staff, and all related matters.
  2. Assist all other managers on all subjects, matters, and businesses.
  3. Maintain current businesses and customers.
  4. Obtain and develop new business and customers.
  5. Attend to and solve all customer complaints and problems.
  6. Closely liaise with other managers, staff, and offices to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Ensure adequate manpower, equipment, and supplies.
  8. Assign suitable and competent staff to jobs.
  9. Maintain regular communication and reports with customers (update, visit, contact, entertain, take care).
  10. Maintain office, equipment, documents, records, and other assets.
  11. Perform surveys and inspections as required.
  12. Solve all operational problems.
  13. Discuss with CTD Director or other relevant managers before making decisions involving major problems.
  14. Check and approve operation-level cash usage, purchases, staff claims, staff leaves, and other customary/routine documents and forms.
  15. Ensure all requirements of our business management system and safety, health, and environmental system are met and operate these systems on an ongoing basis.
  16. Report any irregularities or problems immediately.
  17. Always wear protective equipment, gears, and clothing during shipments.
  18. Uphold the good image of the company.
  19. Perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum recognized school leaver examination.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  3. Knowledge and experience in the field of 3rd party Testing and Inspection Company.
