Job description

Job Responsibility

Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to be run efficiently.
Assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.
Manage the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
Monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
Provide team members with a work environment that is favorable for high productivity.

Job Requirements

Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
Able to strategize and ensure that objectives of the company are met.
Assists higher executives and Director of the company Â to manage the entire operation.
Report to Director.
Coordinate promotional activities and events.
Willing to multitask and possess good time management to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
Knowledge in Social Media/Multimedia would be an added advantage.
