Job Responsibility
- Need to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to be run efficiently.
- Assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.
- Manage the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
- Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
- Monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- Provide team members with a work environment that is favorable for high productivity.
Job Requirements
- Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.
- Able to strategize and ensure that objectives of the company are met.
- Assists higher executives and Director of the company  to manage the entire operation.
- Report to Director.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Willing to multitask and possess good time management to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
- Knowledge in Social Media/Multimedia would be an added advantage.
