• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management orequivalent
• Location: Johor, Malaysia
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay(written and spoken)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word,Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrating integrity and sense of responsibility,leading to a more efficient and productive work environment.
• Fast learner, attentive to details with excellentanalytical skills for costing, budget development and strategic planning.
• Possess the professional acumen to represent the Companyin attending external meetings.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in ateam.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally whenrequired.
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS & Medical Allowance
• Expected Salary : RM4000 - RM5000 per month

Job Description:

• Oversee operational activities of an organization which maximizeefficiency within organization
• Communicate with other departments and divisions within a company butmay also deal with customer occasionally
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Plan operation, delivery scheduling, raw material purchasing, processcontrol, product quality control and inventory control
• Identify potential problems and point of friction and finding solutionto maximize efficiency and revenue
• Developing , implementing and reviewing operational procedures andpolicies in accordance to ISO 9001
• Manage budget and forecasts
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
