Operation Manager

• Coordinate with the IPO underwriter and legal counsel to prepare the necessary financial documentation.
• Oversee the operation due diligence process and address any issues raised.
• Ensure compliance with Securities Commission of Malaysia (SC) regulations and listing requirements.
• Develop and implement the IPO timeline and project plan.

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with all departments and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals in the renewable energy sector.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Oversee procurement and maintenance of equipment and resources needed for projects.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety within the organization, ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations and standards.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

Who are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
