Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm
• Saturday 8am to 2pm

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare quotation, sales order, and invoice, and upload/monitor/update the order received in the system from time to time.
2. Develop and maintain existing and potential client relations.
3. Attend customer inquiries and site visit requests.
4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer database.
5. Send Statement of Account to customers and ensure customer payment is received on time.
6. Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problems and developing solutions with the team.
7. Understand customer's requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company mission and policies.
8. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the manager or superior.
