OPERATION EXECUTIVE 运营主管

• Assign translation tasks to proofreader and translator based on expertise and deadlines.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of translated materials.
• Lead the translation and proofreader team to efficiently and high-quality translate Chinese novels into English.
• Provide guidance to junior team members involved in translation projects.
• Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize the AI translation process.
• Recruit and manage freelance translator.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Diploma in Translation or any related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in translation field.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Requires the ability to proactively initiate cross-team and cross-regional virtual communications.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
