Monitor retail force system for promoter including their plan and key tasks execution
Ensure proper retails guideline (SOP) is followed effectively for consistency and productivity
Monitor & track promoter participation support for sellout activities and promotion
Manage on Promoter Sellout performance and provide action plan and execution for task
Conduct assessment, evaluation standard and review of sales performance upon completion of every Promoter performance
Assisting Promoter management team to plan, control and prioritize promoter actions to execute sell-out initiatives
Assisting Promoter Management team on implementation of Promoter job roles, responsibilities including process & schemes effectiveness, monitoring and execution
Assisting Promoter Management team review Promoter performance on job knowledge, job efficiency, regular practices and perform call-to-action for improvements
Liaise with external agency on the recruitment, arrangement and communication is well deliver and executed
Job Requirements:
Minimum of (1) years’ experience in related job function
Good in interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft office usage especially excel
Manage budget for overall Promoter management related activities and programs including salary and commission scheme, KPI rewards and incentives
Collaborate with various department and stakeholders to aligned on key tasks
