Job Scope

- Support LPS Operation Overall Mydin Branches by reducing stock loss.
- Attend and advise on Loss Prevention & Security matters.

Job Responsibilities

1. To provide guidance to Security team on security matters for all branches and advise each branch's LPS on our S.O.P / S.O.G.
2. To assist LPS Manager to drive Branch LPS Department and MySoc to achieve Grade “A” in compliance.
3. To assist LPS Manager in organizing/set up visitation team on a quarterly basis (East Malaysia twice a year) to visit branches, ensuring compliance with HQ LPS requirements for smooth operation and briefing upon findings for further action.
4. To ensure MySoc in charge & HQ LPS Admin submit related reports in standard formats within the given time frame.
5. Assist in reviewing outsourced performance at branches on a monthly basis based on quarterly KPI meetings.
