Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities


Customer Service Oversight

  • Supervise and support a team of 4 Customer Service Executives
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Set and monitor KPIs for service quality and response times

Livestream Host Coordination

  • Oversee scheduling and shift planning for 15 livestream hosts
  • Track attendance, performance, and ensure monthly payments are accurate and timely
  • Collaborate with content/marketing teams to coordinate campaigns involving hosts

Retail & Partner Liaison (Watsons)

  • Coordinate weekly stock replenishment and ensure on-time deliveries
  • Act as the main point of contact for Watsons regarding promotions and campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure execution of retail plans

Operational Administration

  • Maintain visibility over tasks and projects within the Operations team
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely completion from various team members
  • Compile and report on progress, challenges, and team performance

Procurement & Sourcing (China)

  • Communicate with existing suppliers for stock and packaging orders
  • Source new SKUs and packaging options that align with brand standards
  • Compare quotations, handle invoicing, and manage shipments from China to Malaysia

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in operations, admin coordination, or related fields
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication in English and Malay; Mandarin is a big advantage
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools (e.g., Google Sheet, Microsoft)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or livestream environments is a plus
