To provide support to the operation superior in the day-to-day running of the organization.
Prepare quotations and order processing.
To support operation logistics, import, export, and transshipment.
Coordinate with shipping agent or courier on shipments and custom-related issues.
Check product tariff codes to ensure accurate tariff calculation and ensure accurate goods received from suppliers.
Data entry of goods receipt note (GRN) into the system and match supplier delivery with the purchase order (PO).
In charge of delivery of goods and sales documents to customers.
Control delivered invoice and stamping received on DO by customer.
Update and compile logistics-related reports.
Update relevant PIC/Department on goods ordered and received for project orders.
To update the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.
Perform simple administration tasks such as filing, checking documents, etc.
Perform operational/ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistic and Transport Administration, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Have at least 1 year working experience in a related field.
Experience in warehouse, supply chain, or equivalent which includes import and export documentation and process.
Experience with preparing Purchase Requisition forms and processes.
Detail-oriented and proactive in their work ethics.
