Operation Executive

• Monitor and track abnormal parcels, including delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to abnormal parcels through email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Work closely with operations, dispatch teams, and third-party logistics providers to expedite resolutions for abnormal parcels.
• Generate regular reports on abnormal parcel trends, root causes, and resolution rates for management review.
• Identify areas for improvement in tracking and handling abnormal parcels and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and track cross-border shipments, proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all required documentation for cross-border shipments (e.g., invoices, packing lists, permits) is accurate and complete.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-border inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving cross-border efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, cross-border operations, or international trade.
• Familiarity with customs clearance and international shipping processes is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management systems.
• Able to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
