Operation Executive

• Manage inquiries from a new customer or orders (once received from the business team) and subsequently pass on to the relevant department and ensure orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
• Assist in managing correspondence and communication with customers or supplier inquiries.
• Be the point of contact for 3rd party engagement for the operation side – this includes new or existing OEM/Manufacturer, Supplier, Legal Agencies, Authority Bodies, and other business ventures to coordinate and report to the Head of Operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders deliveries are handled efficiently and timely.
• Assist in monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers and update accordingly to the Head of Operation.
• Monitor and resolve all issues in relation to the overall operations promptly.
• Develop a filing system to maintain all records and transactions, assist in preparing monthly reports, conduct weekly and monthly meetings.
• Support the Head of Operation at all times regarding the stability of the operation and perform ad-hoc operation jobs and tasks whenever required by the management team and when deemed suitable as part of the career progression.
• Other operative tasks relevant to job scope.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 1-2 years working experience.
• Fast learner with multitask capacity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Possess a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, and be a self-motivated person.
• Able to multitask and have good planning and organizational skills.
• Must be detail and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Candidate with Mandarin speaking/writing ability will be an added advantage.
• Have own transportation.
