Operation Executive

About the role

MG GLOBAL ELITE SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our team in Bertam Penang. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business.

What you'll be doing

The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes. Overall responsible for the Indoor Sales process & customer support.

• Provide high-level customer support by managing complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage the overall branch daily operation, including floor display, stock management, manpower deployment and allocation, equipment and overall branch maintenance, permit and license, etc.
• Responsible for carrying out the appropriate marketing/sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Identify sales viability for the department, including new product development and marketing ideas.
• Submit weekly sales reports and findings to the Sales Department.
• Assist the Sales department in formulating sales strategy, policy matters, budgeting, etc. as required.
• Make arrangements for the delivery of materials.
• Responsible for the arrangement and monitoring of daily stock for every branch's demand.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the whole branch.
• Ensure efficient ordering of goods and sufficient stock supply at all times, avoiding stockouts and over-ordering situations for the branch.

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• A collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
