Job description

Job Requirement

  1. Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
  2. Escalates issues and problems to Assistant Manager/Manager of Operations.
  3. Works closely with the Security, Cleaner, and maintenance department to ensure the Shopping Mall is kept in top condition.
  4. Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
  5. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants of the Shopping Mall.
  6. Effectively presents information and responds to Tenant’s enquiries in detail.
  7. Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by Tenants or customers.
  8. Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
  9. Manages tenants’ schedules for delivery of goods from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
  10. Prepares relevant correspondence letters, e-mails, and reports to Tenants.
  11. Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
  12. Prepares Operation Reports as required by management.
  13. Liaises with any relevant authorities when required.
  14. Supports other departments within the mall operation.
  15. Any ad-hoc activities as instructed by superior.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  1. Minimum Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent; Engineering relevant degree can be considered.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
