OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Minimum Requirements:

1. Basis computer knowledge
2. 3-4 years working experience in similar role or capacity
3. Good time management abilities
4. Fluent in written and verbal in Malay/English
5. Able to work in a team
6. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Transport

Responsibilities:

1. Manage excel for daily movement
2. Deal with customers and depot for any requests or issues
3. Perform daily import and export tasks
4. Manage programme and project transport requirements; assign duties to drivers ensuring timely services, issue fuel, record log-books, and oversee maintenance and repair/recovery of vehicles
5. Report to the operation director and provide regular progress situation reports, preparing information notes and updates as required
6. Prepare and maintain a delivery schedule and communicate with the drivers
7. Track the shipment of products and goods according to customer requirements
