Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the operations of assigned branches to ensure seamless functionality.
2. Provide strategic leadership and effective management for all direct reports.
3. Guide Branch Managers in achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly company goals.
4. Manage sales targets, including monitoring and executing marketing programs.
5. Support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
6. Conduct weekly branch visits with Branch Managers to ensure adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards across all departments; monitor food product quality and complete necessary departmental reports.
7. Oversee the preparation and management of Branch Manager work schedules.
8. Develop and implement action plans for optimizing food costs and labor controls.
9. Ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures and health/sanitation regulations; take corrective action when needed.
10. Monitor and address daily policy violations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
11. Ensure all branches comply with company operating policies and procedures.
12. Evaluate branch performance periodically using company inspection forms; provide coaching and retraining to managers to achieve set goals and standards.
13. Conduct performance management processes for subordinate staff.
14. Implement and monitor procedures for cash handling, property management, product quality, and equipment maintenance.
15. Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations; initiate corrective actions as necessary.
16. Monitor maintenance requirements across branches to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures; report and follow up on preventive maintenance activities.
17. Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
18. Establish and maintain a system for regular communication of company objectives, updates, and area concerns with all management levels.
19. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
