About the role

Bagus Curtain Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Operation Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing and coordinating daily operations
  • Providing administrative support and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimise processes and workflow
  • Providing support to the management team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining a positive and professional work environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations-focused role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures in the Administrative Assistants sub-industry
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KIP Kepong.
