• Daily Operations Management日常运营管理
  Supervise daily operations on the platform to ensure smooth functioning of chat rooms and active user engagement. Able to resolve issues for guilds and hosts immediately, maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
  监督平台的日常运营，确保语聊房间的正常运行和用户活跃度，迅速解决公会及主播的问题，维护良好的社区氛围。
• Guild and Host Support公会及主播支持
  Recruit, manage, and communicate with guilds, providing guidance and feedback to improve content quality and user interactions. Support guilds and hosts in enhancing their content performance and optimize the platform’s user experience based on user needs and feedback.
  负责公会的招募、管理与沟通，提供内容质量提升和用户互动方面的指导和反馈，帮助公会和主播优化内容表现。同时，根据用户需求和反馈，持续优化平台的用户体验。
• Event Planning and Execution活动策划与执行
  Assist in planning and implementing various themed events and promotions on the platform to encourage user participation and increase engagement. Monitor event execution in real-time, making adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  协助策划、实施平台各类主题活动及促销活动，激励用户参与，增加平台活跃度。活动期间跟进执行效果，实时调整以确保活动成功。
• Data Analysis and Reporting数据分析与报告
  Collect and analyze daily operational and event data to create weekly and monthly reports. Identify issues and summarize achievements to support the optimization of operational strategies.
  收集、分析日常运营数据及活动数据，生成周报和月报，以便发现问题、总结成效，为优化运营策略提供数据支持。
• Partner Management合作伙伴管理
  Maintain close relationships with partner guilds and host teams to foster stable cooperation, working together to drive platform traffic growth and diversify content.
  与合作公会及主播团队保持密切联系，确保合作关系的稳定发展，共同推动平台流量增长和内容多样化。
• User Experience Optimization优化用户体验
  Continuously optimize the platform's interactive experience based on user feedback and data analysis, driving improvements in product features and interfaces to boost user retention and engagement.
  根据用户反馈与数据分析，不断优化产品的互动体验，推动产品功能和界面改进，提升用户的留存率与活跃度。
• Compliance and Policy Enforcement合规与政策执行
  Ensure hosts and users adhere to platform rules and guidelines, promptly identifying and addressing violations to maintain order and content compliance on the platform.
  确保主播及用户遵循平台规则和规范，及时识别并处理违规行为，维护平台的良好秩序和内容合规性。
• Content Review and Quality Control内容审核与质量控制
  Review the quality of live audio content to ensure it aligns with platform standards and user expectations, creating a positive community environment and high-quality content experience.
  审查语音直播内容的质量，确保符合平台规范及用户需求，打造积极的社区环境和高质量的内容体验。

Job requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
- Great team player and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-task, good communication skills, great problem solver and most importantly responsible.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Language will be an advantage.
