Job description

The company is an IT solutions provider specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development services.

TAKE NOTE:

Job Descriptions:

Process Management:

  • Oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless communication, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key operational metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards to monitor departmental and overall organizational performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Resource Allocation & Budgeting:

  • Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and inventory management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and quality of services provided.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and identify areas to reduce operational expenses.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with departments to develop and execute process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure staff understanding and adherence to best practices.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing preventive measures as necessary.
  • Support the development of contingency plans to address unexpected challenges.

Requirements:

  • MUST be able to relocate (Out of Malaysia) upon accepting the company's offer.
  • The company will provide a housing allowance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High remuneration package.
