Operation Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the F&B industry and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and external partners to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
3. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
6. Support outlet managers in resolving operational challenges and providing solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in an operational or logistics role.
2. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
3. Proven track record in managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities under tight deadlines.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other operational tools.
7. Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Malay.
8. Local Malaysian candidate only.
