Operation Executive

Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth integration into the operational framework.

• Collaborate with partners to understand their capabilities and provide necessary updates to improve existing operational processes.
• Transaction Management:
  • Oversee daily transaction processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Monitor transaction flows and promptly address any discrepancies or operational issues.
• Operational Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to partners regarding operational inquiries, transaction statuses, and system functionalities.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, technology, and finance teams to support the development and launch of new initiatives.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the successful execution of operational strategies.
• Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies, processes, and industry trends.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the fintech landscape.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective collaboration with channel partners and other team members.
• Strong writing skills, able to compose clear, concise, and professional company help documents.
• Candidates experience within the fintech industry is preferred and would add value to this position.
