JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for the maintenance, procurement, transformation and management of all energy station related facilities and equipment; Plant and other infrastructure maintenance and energy supply matters to promote the realization of the company's strategic objectives.
- Responsible for establishing and improving the energy station facility management system and ensuring its effective implementation.
- Establish and optimize the management system of energy station facilities, check the implementation of the management procedures of energy station facilities, analyze existing problems, optimize, and revise the procedures.
- Responsible for formulating the preventive maintenance plan of energy station facilities and ensuring its implementation.
- Organize the training of energy station equipment management procedures and the training of equipment use, operation and maintenance.
- Responsible for the establishment of spare parts management system and effective inventory control.
- Responsible for the establishment of a complete energy station public equipment facility file.
2. Responsible for the stable operation of energy station facilities to support continuous and stable production processes.
- Effectively manage the energy station team to ensure the team's performance.
- Ensure that the equipment and facilities of the energy station are operated and maintained in accordance with the management rules.
- Organize equipment suppliers to troubleshoot faults according to equipment conditions and negotiate to solve various problems in the process of energy use.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance plan and production plan and take necessary measures to ensure normal production.
- Organize personnel to troubleshoot sudden faults.
- Manage the company's energy use, ensure stable energy supply, urge, and guide the rational reduction of energy use.
3. Responsible for the whole process project management of energy station equipment and facilities in the project stage of the company.
- Put forward reasonable technical improvement plans, procurement suggestions and budget control according to existing requirements and equipment and facilities.
- Responsible for the progress, quality and cost of energy station equipment and facilities projects, and responsible for change control.
- Responsible for coordinating and organizing the acceptance and verification of public equipment and facilities.
- Manage, evaluate and screen suppliers related to energy stations.
4. Special equipment facilities and fire system management, EHS management
- Cooperate with EHS department to manage safety and environmental protection.
- Responsible for assisting in the management of special equipment, fire protection and lightning protection.
- Responsible for organizing the inspection, measurement and calibration of energy station equipment and facilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and above in HVAC / Electrical Engineering and automatization related
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
